Sheesh. I've been up since 4 am and trying to keep quiet. I've paid no attention to photography this year except to catch a few of my little ones. I keep thinking I'll jump on this and have an assignment every week, but never seem to take the time. Sweet Sisters

Boy, it's been a crazy couple of months! Having a baby and husbands ACL surgury was only a part of it. However, I did get to sneak out of the house and shoot some fun photos of these sweet sisters last month. Their cute mom, Stacey, did the machine quilting for my girls quilts. She did an awesome job and I'd refer her if she didn't just move across the country! I'm jealous... she's less than an hour from the beach- how nice would that be! I took this years ago with my first camera- the d100 (now my little baby is 5 years old!) How time flies- and with the size of the balloon compared to her and the forces of wind, I felt like she almost would have too. Tiffany and I have been friends for over 20 years, so it was exciting to get to take some photos of sweet baby "P" who arrived late last month. He was such a happy boy - I think he only cried twice and he LOVED the lambskin - it made me laugh. I think he would have been content to stay there the entire time.
